DFK Germany is a group of independent accounting and tax consulting firms delivering a full range of services to clients across Germany, including legal services. The members of the group have been cooperating since 1991.

Member firms support internationally oriented clients across the world in all auditing and tax matters, providing tax, legal, and business advice from a single coordinated source. Their specialists work with mid-sized and family-run businesses as well as listed companies. They are experienced in the particular requirements of investors, helping to define and implement tax strategies across compliance, national and European VAT law, and international tax issues.

Member firms also support clients as buyers and sellers across each phase of transactions, assisting with decision-making and implementation in a fast, flexible and responsible manner.
