DFK comment on the situation in Ukraine
The founders of DFK International, some of whom had fought in World War Two, created DFK in the spirit of international cooperation and friendship to transcend borders, and in the hope that we could play our small part in creating a more peaceful, secure, and prosperous world for all people, regardless of race, colour, creed. That spirit lives on in DFK today. Like us, the founders would have been deeply saddened and appalled to see war and conflict return to Europe, with people suffering death, separation, fear, and destruction of property and livelihoods. Today, we stand together with all peace-loving people and our hearts go out to those suffering from conflict, whether in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, or Asia. Our special thoughts are with our members in Ukraine, Yemen, and Myanmar.
